When will I receive my RSA / RCG certificate?
If you pass the test at the end of the course you will get the certificate at the end of the course. Please make sure you use the name on your passport and check the spelling on arrival. You can work immediately with this certificate. You will have 30 days from obtaining the RSA certificate to go to a post office and apply for the Photo Card from the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing department (OLGR). All details will be explained again in class.
What does the RSA (responsible Service of Alcohol) , interim certificate and Photo ID card look like ?
This is the Interim certificate you will receive after successfully completing the RSA course.
This is the Official Photo competency card issued by the OLGR NSW.

Lost your certificate ?
If you lost or misplaced your RSA card you will need to download and complete the replacement card form available from the OLGR website.
The course is designed for those working in New South Wales, and is accredited with the NSW Office of Liquor gaming and Racing (OLGR) However, the certificates are acceptable in most states of Australia. If you are planning to work interstate (i.e., out of NSW) you are advised to ensure the regulations haven’t changed since this list was compiled in January 2009. As laws change please make sure to check with the official OLGR website for updates.
